    Anything about the product, using it with your child, or working with us. If you are not sure where a question goes, it goes here.

  • Privacy and your data

    Data exports, deletion requests, questions about what we hold, and anything under the DPDP Act, GDPR or COPPA. You can do exports and deletion yourself in Settings, but this works too.

    If you have found a vulnerability, tell us here and we will respond. We will not threaten anyone who reports something in good faith.

Who you are writing to

LifeCraft is built and operated by Precision Pulse, a product studio in India. It is a small team, which is why the replies are direct and occasionally slower than a call centre would be.
