LifeCraft

For government programmes

Measure life readiness at scale, without measuring individual children.

LifeCraft reports at cohort, block and district level while individual records stay with the family they belong to. Data is held in India, minors are never profiled, and the consent trail is designed to be inspected rather than explained.

What it takes to run at scale

  • One scale across every district

The standards are fixed and versioned, so a figure from one district means the same thing as a figure from another. Comparison does not require a reconciliation exercise.

  • Built to run on modest hardware

The application is stateless and horizontally scalable, and it runs as containers rather than requiring a managed cloud contract to function.

  • Works offline and installs like an app

It is a progressive web application, so it installs from the browser without an app store and keeps working through a poor connection.

  • Ready for more languages

Every string sits in a message catalogue and mission content is stored per language, so adding a state language is a content exercise rather than a rebuild.

Compliance and data handling

Built into the system, not added for a tender.

  • Data residency in India

Records are stored in India. This is a deployment fact rather than a policy statement, and it can be evidenced.

  • Aggregate reporting by default

Programme dashboards report at cohort and district level. Individual child records are not the reporting unit and are consent gated regardless.

  • A consent ledger, not a checkbox

Every grant and withdrawal is an append only record carrying the policy version it was made under, which is what the DPDP Act expects to see.

  • An append only audit trail

Administrative actions are recorded and cannot be edited after the fact, so an audit has something real to inspect.

Starting with a pilot

The measurement engine, the consent ledger, the append only audit trail and the multi tenant data model are built and tested.

A single district pilot is the fastest route to evidence a state can act on. It gives you a measured outcome in one cycle and a clear basis for widening from there.

Start with one district and prove it.
