Terms of service
Effective from 7 August 2026. Version 1.0.
These terms are the agreement between you and us for the use of LifeCraft. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not create an account. Please read the section headed What LifeCraft is, and what it is not carefully, because it sets the limits of what this product claims to do.
Who we are
LifeCraft is operated by Precision Pulse, a business established in India. Where these terms say we, us or our, that is Precision Pulse. Where they say you, that is the person or organisation holding the account. General contact is privacy@lifecraft.in; formal notices go to our grievance officer.
Who may hold an account
You must be 18 or older to hold an account. A child never holds their own account, their own login or their own password. When a child uses the simplified mission view they are inside the guardian’s signed-in session on the guardian’s device, and the guardian remains responsible for everything done there.
Keep your password to yourself, use one you have not used elsewhere, and tell us at once if you think someone else has your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account until you tell us.
Free trial, then subscription
- Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial. We do not ask for a card to begin it, so no charge can occur during the trial.
- When the trial ends you choose a monthly or annual plan. If you choose nothing, paid features simply stop. Your records are not deleted at that moment, and they remain governed by our privacy policy.
- Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Settings, then Billing.
- Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it, and Indian customers are charged applicable GST on top of the listed price where the law requires it.
- If we change a price, we will tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before it takes effect.
- Cancellation, refunds and what happens to an annual charge are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
What LifeCraft is, and what it is not
LifeCraft is a structured development programme. It gives you weekly practical missions, a way to record what you actually observed, and a score that summarises those recorded observations over time.
LifeCraft is not a psychological, medical, clinical, educational or diagnostic assessment. It is not designed, validated or administered as one. It is not delivered or interpreted by a clinician, a psychologist or a qualified educational assessor. The Life Readiness Score is a summary of what an observer recorded about specific everyday behaviours. It is not a measure of intelligence, ability, mental health, worth or potential.
You must not use LifeCraft, or any score or report it produces, to:
- diagnose, label or suggest a condition, disorder, delay or difficulty in a child or anyone else;
- decide whether a child is admitted to, streamed within, excluded from or disciplined by a school or any other institution;
- make an employment, custody, immigration, insurance, credit or other consequential decision about a person;
- replace advice from a doctor, psychologist, therapist or qualified educator.
If you are worried about a child’s development, behaviour, learning or mental health, speak to a qualified professional. If someone is in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services. Nothing in LifeCraft is a crisis service and nobody monitors what you write in real time.
We do not promise a particular outcome. Children develop at their own pace, and a score that moves slowly is not a failure of the child or of you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- create an account for a child, or give a child access to your credentials as though the account were theirs;
- record observations about a person you are not the guardian of, or who has not agreed to it;
- upload anything unlawful, abusive, or that you do not have the right to upload, including images of other people’s children;
- use LifeCraft to shame, punish, coerce or surveil a child, or to compare one child publicly against another;
- attempt to access another household’s or institution’s data, probe our systems outside the terms of our responsible disclosure policy, or interfere with the service;
- scrape, bulk download, resell, sublicense or republish the framework, the mission library or any part of the product;
- copy or reverse engineer the scoring method in order to build a competing instrument;
- share one paid seat across multiple households or institutions.
Our intellectual property
The LifeCraft framework is ours: the five character pillars, the capabilities, competencies and master behaviours beneath them, the situation domains, the pillar weightings, the Life Readiness Score and the way it is calculated, the Mission Difficulty Score, the certification ladder, the mission library, the reports, the certificate designs, the software, and the LifeCraft name, wordmark and associated marks.
Your subscription gives you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use all of that for your own household or, for institutions, within your agreed seats. It gives you no ownership and no right to reproduce, adapt, publish or license it. Scores, reports and certificates may be shared with people you choose, such as a school or a family member, but not published as a dataset or repackaged as a product.
Your content
Your reflections, observations, notes and uploaded evidence remain yours. You give us only the limited permission we need to host, store, back up, process and display that content in order to run the service for you, and to produce your reports and certificates. That permission ends when the content is deleted.
Evidence files are private by default and are never made public, never shown to other families, and never used in marketing. Only upload evidence you have the right to upload, and avoid uploading anything sensitive that a mission does not actually require.
We do not train artificial intelligence models on your content or on anything a child writes. LifeCraft contains no AI features. If that ever changes, we will update these terms and tell you before the change takes effect.
We may remove content that is unlawful, that infringes someone’s rights, or that puts a child at risk, and we will tell you when we do unless the law prevents it.
Certificates
Certificates record that a learner reached a level within our own framework, on the basis of the observations recorded for them. They are not a public qualification and they are not accredited by any government or examination body. Each certificate has a public verification page so a recipient can confirm it is genuine. We may withdraw a certificate obtained through false or manipulated records.
Institution accounts
Schools, colleges, NGOs and government programmes hold an institution account, usually under a separate written agreement covering seats, term and price. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins for the institution.
- The institution is responsible for the conduct of every member of staff it invites, and for removing access when a member of staff leaves.
- An institution only ever sees a learner after the guardian has given a separate, specific consent, and that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
- An institution never sees a household’s billing details or a family’s other children, and one institution can never see another institution’s learners.
- An institution must not use LifeCraft scores for admission, selection, streaming, discipline or any decision about a child’s place in the institution.
- When an institution’s agreement ends, its access ends. The learner records stay with the families they belong to.
Availability
We work hard to keep LifeCraft running and we test every release before it reaches you, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may take the service down for maintenance, and we will give notice where we reasonably can. We may add, change or retire features, and where a change materially reduces what you already pay for, we will tell you and you may cancel.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account if you break these terms, if payment fails and stays unresolved, if the account is being used in a way that puts a child at risk, or if the law requires it. Except where a child is at risk or the law prevents it, we will tell you what the problem is and give you a chance to put it right.
You may close your account at any time in Settings. On closure your records are handled as described in the privacy policy, which includes permanent deletion within 30 days if you ask for it.
Limitation of liability
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
Subject to that, LifeCraft is provided as it is. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit, goodwill or opportunity, or for any decision you, a school or anyone else takes on the basis of a score, report or certificate. Those decisions remain yours. Our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the amount you actually paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If something goes wrong, contact us first, and then our grievance officer, who will respond within 30 days. If that does not resolve it, the competent courts at the location of our registered office in India have exclusive jurisdiction. Our registered postal address is published on the grievance officer page. If you are a consumer, this does not remove any right you have to bring a claim under the consumer protection law of your own country.
Changes
We may update these terms. For material changes we will tell you at least 30 days before they take effect, and continuing to use LifeCraft after that date means you accept them. If you do not, you can cancel and, where an annual charge has just been taken, ask for a refund under the refund policy. Every version of these terms is retained so you can see what you originally agreed to.
